How do I find my User ID and Server?
User ID
In Identity V, open Friends at the upper right and choose Profile. Copy your numeric ID.
Server
Check the server used by your Identity V account and choose that exact server here. If your server is absent, contact support before buying.
How do payment and delivery work?
Choose your package and payment method, then select Checkout in the order summary. With PayNow, scan the QR using your banking app.
For manual transfer, use the bank details on your order. Payment needs to be received and checked within three hours.
Delivery after payment
Your top-up starts after payment is received. Use your order ID on Track order to follow payment and delivery.
Need help with an order or refund?
Open Track order to check your purchase or chat with us on WhatsApp or Telegram. If the order says delivered, check the Identity V account used at checkout.
If you’ve paid but the top-up is missing, open a support chat from that order before paying again. For cancellations and refunds, we’ll check what’s possible; a confirmed refund will appear in your order status.
