How do I find my User ID and Server or Zone ID?
Find your Magic Chess User ID
Open Magic Chess: Go Go and tap your profile avatar. Copy the User ID shown with your profile; enter the bracketed zone separately.
Find your Magic Chess Zone ID
Open the same Magic Chess: Go Go profile. The shorter number in brackets beside the User ID is the Zone ID. Enter that number in the server or zone field without the brackets.
What should I check before buying?
Are Diamonds, passes and first-recharge offers the same?
Diamonds, passes and first-recharge offers have different benefits. Check any active pass or first-recharge eligibility in game before choosing a conditional offer.
How do payment and delivery work?
Choose your package and payment method, then select Checkout in the order summary. With PayNow, scan the QR using your banking app.
For manual transfer, use the bank details on your order. Payment needs to be received and checked within three hours.
Delivery after payment
Your top-up starts after payment is received. Use your order ID on Track order to follow payment and delivery.
Need help with an order or refund?
Open Track order to check your purchase or chat with us on WhatsApp or Telegram. If the order says delivered, check the Magic Chess: Go Go account used at checkout.
If you’ve paid but the top-up is missing, open a support chat from that order before paying again. For cancellations and refunds, we’ll check what’s possible; a confirmed refund will appear in your order status.
