How do I find my User ID?
Find your Where Winds Meet Character ID
Load your character in Where Winds Meet and open the main menu (Esc on PC). Copy the Character ID shown there and paste it into User ID. Use the character identifier, not a NetEase email or display name.
What should I check before buying?
How do Echo Beads differ from a Monthly Pass or Battle Pass?
Echo Beads packs give currency; Monthly Passes and Battle Passes have their own benefits. Check your current pass and any time, level or claim requirements in game. The budget helper can show passes, but amount comparisons exclude future rewards.
How do payment and delivery work?
Choose your package and payment method, then select Checkout in the order summary. With PayNow, scan the QR using your banking app.
For manual transfer, use the bank details on your order. Payment needs to be received and checked within three hours.
Delivery after payment
Your top-up starts after payment is received. Use your order ID on Track order to follow payment and delivery.
Need help with an order or refund?
Open Track order to check your purchase or chat with us on WhatsApp or Telegram. If the order says delivered, check the Where Winds Meet account used at checkout.
If you’ve paid but the top-up is missing, open a support chat from that order before paying again. For cancellations and refunds, we’ll check what’s possible; a confirmed refund will appear in your order status.
