How do I find my User ID and Server or Zone ID?
Find your Wuthering Waves UID
Open Wuthering Waves on the character you want to recharge. Copy the UID from the bottom-right of the game screen or your profile in the main menu. Use the game UID, not your Kuro login email.

Choose the server shown on the Wuthering Waves start screen: SEA, Asia, America, Europe or TW_HK_MO.
What should I check before buying?
Do Lunite packs and the Lunite Subscription give the same rewards?
Lunite packs give one-time currency. The subscription includes an activation reward and daily Astrite to claim in game. Check your remaining subscription time and claim rules before buying. Daily rewards are excluded from amount comparisons.
Does the helper include a first-purchase double bonus?
Amount comparisons use the quantities listed on the packages and exclude conditional first-purchase bonuses. Check your account’s first-purchase eligibility in game.
How do payment and delivery work?
Choose your package and payment method, then select Checkout in the order summary. With PayNow, scan the QR using your banking app.
For manual transfer, use the bank details on your order. Payment needs to be received and checked within three hours.
Delivery after payment
Your top-up starts after payment is received. Use your order ID on Track order to follow payment and delivery.
Need help with an order or refund?
Open Track order to check your purchase or chat with us on WhatsApp or Telegram. If the order says delivered, check the Wuthering Waves account used at checkout.
If you’ve paid but the top-up is missing, open a support chat from that order before paying again. For cancellations and refunds, we’ll check what’s possible; a confirmed refund will appear in your order status.
